The Event

What the Pan Am Games looks like.

Pan Am Games 2026 is an intense 8-hour boxing and fitness challenge hosted by Pan Am Boxing Club — Winnipeg's oldest boxing gym, established 1968. Ten teams of five train together for weeks, then spend one day pushing their limits in the ring and on the mat.

Every punch counts. Every minute on the clock counts. Every dollar raised goes directly to Pan Am Place — the transitional home for young men fighting their way out of homelessness.

Teams are training now. The fundraising has already started.

Last year, the Pan Am Games raised $80,000 toward our $100,000 goal. This year, we're back to finish the job — same $100,000 goal, and every dollar still goes directly to Pan Am Place.

The Cause

Who you're fighting for.

Every dollar raised at the Pan Am Games goes to Pan Am Place — a transitional home at 88 Arthur Street that takes in young men with nowhere else to go and gives them a real shot at a different life.

Pan Am Place residents and the community behind them
Unique in North America
The only transitional home in North America using combat sports to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Pan Am Place takes young men aged 18 to 29 who come from foster care, treatment programs, shelters, and unstable situations. Many have dealt with addiction, incarceration, or gang involvement. What they all share is the need for a real chance to rebuild — structure, support, and accountability.

Every resident commits to a rigorous program: physical training three to four times a week at Pan Am Boxing Club, volunteer hours in the Exchange District, employment readiness, life skills, and a family that shows up every day. Residents don't get handed a second chance — they earn it.

How You Help

Three ways to support.

Every path feeds the same goal — keeping a young man off the street and inside the program. Pick the one that fits.

01

Donate

Any amount, any time. $50 covers a week of meals for a resident. $2,000 supports a resident's full transformation for three months. Every dollar goes straight to the residents.
